When I was younger, without fail, my family always ate dinner at the dinner table in the dining room. The table was always set properly, we were taught table manners and would enjoy lengthy conversation that generally made us closer as a family.

I’ve been inspired to write this post because of a problem I’ve recently encountered. The Boxing Day and January sales offered some unmissable bargains that left me with nowhere to store my lovely new garments.

The dining table has been cleared and you brace yourself for the biggest shop of the year! Compiling a Christmas list can be daunting, cooking a Christmas dinner is difficult enough, and the crowds can be overwhelming and distracting.
This week, on the 5th December, our Ledsham store celebrated it’s first birthday. It has been a fantastic year for the store, going from strength to strength and we’ve met some incredible people along the way, who have gone from regular customers to good friends.
Santa: check, Carol singers: check. Reindeer: check. Elves: check. Mulled wine: check. Anyone would think they’d have stumbled across the North Pole at the Fabulous Frost Fair.
